Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within seven days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition. This satisfaction guarantee does not cover items that have been used or damaged due to misuse.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original method of payment or issue an exchange, depending on your preference. For general returns that are not due to damage or defect, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Photo proof of the damage will be required. This includes photos of the item itself and the packaging it arrived in. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement, refund, or a different item of equal value.

Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review all custom order details carefully before submitting.

Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted within twelve hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing or creating your item, and cancellations may not be possible.

Processing Time
Processing times may vary depending on order volume. We aim to fulfill orders promptly, but during periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Some items may take longer to process than others. Such items will be noted in the product listings.

Address Accuracy: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, including apartment, suite, box or lot numbers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for packages shown as delivered to the address provided.

Shipping
We ship using reliable carriers and provide tracking information for all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier service. Once an order is shipped, delivery is outside of our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package if necessary.
